This cancellation policy will apply to ALL customers from June 14 2017 along with our new price list.
For anyone who cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice your next appointment will require a non-refundable $50 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be transferable to your next visit if we have been given more than 48hours notice to reschedule an appointment but will not be refunded if you cancel!
ALL appointments after 5pm and on Saturdays will require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking with the same conditions.
Please understand and respect our time, we can only stretch each stylist so far and now have strict operating hours.
By no means do I want this to be a negative post I once again thank you all for your loyalty and support. This policy is in place in the hope that we can avoid people missing out on appointment spaces that are limited.
